JOIR NAILS STUDIO’S POLICY

Flower Shadow

1. Appointment

  • Scheduling: Clients are encouraged to book appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure preferred time slots.

  • Cancellation: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who miss their appointment without notifying us in advance on two occasions will be restricted from online booking and will be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.

2. Arrival

  • Punctuality: Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to prepare for your service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or a reduced service time.

  • Check-In: All clients must check in at the front desk upon arrival.

3. Health and Safety

  • Sanitation Practices: We maintain high standards of cleanliness. All tools and equipment are sanitized after each use, and the salon is cleaned regularly.

  • Health Concerns: Please inform our staff of any allergies, skin conditions, or health issues prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.

4. Service

  • Consultation: Each service begins with a brief consultation to discuss your preferences and any special requirements.

  • Service Changes: Any changes to the requested service must be communicated before the service begins. Once the service starts, changes may not be accommodated. Any question regarding prices, Please do not hesitate to ask our nail technician before starting.

5. Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment options. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Tip: Tips are appreciated but not mandatory. It bases on your satisfaction and will go 100% to the nail technicians.

6. Behavioural

  • Respectful Environment: We strive to create a positive atmosphere for all clients and staff. Disruptive behaviour, including abusive language or actions, will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal.

7. No Refund

  • Service Satisfaction: While we aim to provide the highest quality service, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you have concerns about your service, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address the issue through adjustments or future service credits.

8. Privacy

  • Confidentiality: All client information is confidential. We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Children and Guests

  • Accompanied Minors: Children must be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, we ask that children do not play in the salon area.

  • Guests: Only clients receiving services are allowed in the treatment area.

10. Pet

  • For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, we do not allow pets in the salon, except for service animals. If you have a service animal, please inform us in advance.

11. Nail fix

  • If you've had your nails done by us and experience any chipping or falling off within a week of your service, we will fix it complimentary. However, if you had it done elsewhere, there will be a charge.

       (apply for shellac polish only, not for regular polish).
